How do I book a court?
Sign in, tap "Book a court," pick a time, and pay. Courts are bookable up to 14 days out in 1-, 2-, or 3-hour blocks.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancel up to 24 hours before start. Cancel 2-24 hours out → 50% wallet credit. Under 2 hours or no-show → non-refundable.
Do I need a membership to book?
Nope. Anyone with an account can book at the standard rate. Memberships unlock member pricing, priority windows, and wallet bonuses.
How does the wallet work?
Your wallet holds credit from refunds, bonus packs, and promotions. When you pay at POS or refund a late-cancelled booking, we use wallet credit first.
What if the court I want is booked?
Try a different time or Quick-Book to let us auto-assign the best available court. For programs, join the waitlist — we email the moment a spot opens.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. A court booking covers up to 4 players. Guests sign the waiver on-site at check-in.
